Accessibility Statement.

1. Conformance level

The Site is built to meet the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 (regulation 35A), and Israeli Standard IS 5568 Part 1 at level AA. The standard is based on WCAG 2.0; in practice we build and test against WCAG 2.1 AA, which is stricter.

2. What is implemented

• Semantic structure: hierarchical headings, marked navigation and content regions, real links (not scripts).
• Keyboard navigation and a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
• Language: every page is marked with its language and direction (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), and any passage in another language — such as English labels on Hebrew pages — is marked separately so screen readers use the right voice.
• Alternative text for every meaningful image.
• No dependence on scripts: the Site works fully with JavaScript disabled.
• Self-hosted fonts and no gratuitous motion; the user's reduced-motion preference is honoured.
• Text resizing through the browser (Ctrl/Cmd +) without loss of content.

3. How we tested

In September 2026 all page templates in both languages were checked: an automated audit (Lighthouse, accessibility score 100 on the mobile run, 4 Sept 2026) and a manual source review of language markup, heading structure, alternative text and navigation order. A manual keyboard-only and screen-reader pass has not yet been carried out; it is part of the full audit planned below (section 4).

4. What we fixed and what is still being checked

In September 2026 we found and fixed: English labels on the Hebrew pages were not marked as English (WCAG success criterion 3.1.2, level AA).

Not yet independently verified and under review: contrast ratios of small grey labels, visibility of the keyboard focus indicator, behaviour at 200% zoom and in reduced-motion mode. A full audit, including keyboard and screen-reader testing, is scheduled by 31 October 2026. Documents uploaded to the Site in future may not fully meet the requirements; we will provide them in an accessible format on request. The booking page (Microsoft Bookings) is operated by Microsoft and is outside our control; anyone who finds it hard to use is welcome to arrange a call by email or phone.

5. Accessibility enquiries

6. Updating this statement

The statement is updated after every test and after every material change to the Site. Previous versions are kept by the firm.
